I highly recommend EZ Carpet and Flooring for your flooring needs. We had an old, dated, worn-out looking, parquet floor that had been installed in 1975. We wanted to upgrade the look of the golden oak finish, but did not know whether the floor could be saved. We had hoped we could use a darker ebony finish. The guys from EZ Carpet and Flooring were thoroughly professional, discussed our options with us; put actual samples on the floor; and then did a fabulous job for a great price! Everyone who visits our home comments on how beautiful the floors are. I would not hesitate to use EZ Carpet and Flooring again in the future.
Working with EZ Carpet was great. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable, punctual with appointments and quick to respond to questions over email or phone. Only thing is there is no main store to see rug samples but they can bring some to your house when they take measurements for the estimate or if you know the brand and style you want, you can tell them and they will order it, which is what we did. Installation was fast and clean and exactly what my husband and I wanted. They also offer coupons and discounts which I was allowed to use. Very happy with the results and recommended to friends and family. Would gladly work with them again.
Cannot say enough about the service. The installation of carbonized bamboo floor, rubber underlayment & moulding was done with a high professional quality. Finished in 1 day. Mike was a pleasure to work with and his guys were great!
